How customer care SHOULD be!

I realize I’m probably the last review and I’m already writing something else…however, it’s necessary to say this in connection to the review that’s likely just below this. . I just got off the phone with Chris from Storus who CALLED ME personally to explain that they were VERY sorry for the mistaken engraving (which I already totally understood and was fine with) and let me know that they’d be getting the replacement out today. Not only a product that I’ve always been happy with, but WOW - old school customer service that’s quick to respond, ultimately polite, and goes above and beyond! I really didn’t think that even existed anymore.

Thanks Storus - kinda restores my faith in humanity.

Love the Smart Moneyclip

I’ve been using the simple Smart MoneyClip for maybe 25+ years now. I’ve only had to replace it when I’ve lost it. It is great to have the slim little thing in a front pocket. Always feel more comfortable traveling with it there away from pick-pockets. When I lived in Barcelona for a year all my friend had been pickpocketed at least once (one poor guy 3 times in a month).

Service has always been excellent, shipping fast - even when having an engraving done it seems to get here in a few days. I did that for all my groomsmen…and most of them are still using it to this day. I just ordered one for my son and the engraving was wrong (barely) and they quickly replied about getting a replacement out quickly before his birthday with no hassle whatsoever.

Thanks Storus…probably be using the same wallet for life if you keep making them.

Only suggestion…would love a design that somehow maintains the look of the classic Smart MoneyClip AND somehow incorporates an AirTag. I got the SmartWallet with the AirTag but like the original better as it easily shows an ID if you keep that on top and it’s quicker to get at the cards and get them back in. Maybe it could fit on the backside of the box under the MoneyClip?
